Bed bugs · Pine Belt · Licensed & bonded

Bed bugs, handled properly.

Mostly homes, always on a plan we agree first. Call and tell us what you're seeing.

Why the hurry

Catching it early makes it cheaper.

Bed bugs hide in seams, headboards, box springs and the gap behind a baseboard, they feed at night, and a population grows while you're deciding what to do about it. They also travel — a suitcase, a visitor's coat, a second-hand mattress — so the longer it runs, the more rooms are involved and the more it costs to clear.

Call (601) 610-0601 and describe what you've found. We'll tell you straight what it will take, and you'll have a firm number before any work begins.

We call back fast

We're a small local crew, not a 24-hour call centre. If we're asleep or at church we'll miss the ring — but you'll hear back from us quicker than from anyone else.

A firm number

You get the quote before any work begins — no surprises added at the end.

Know the signs

What to look for before you strip the bed.

Bites in a line or a cluster, usually on skin that's uncovered overnight.

Small dark spots on sheets, the mattress seam, or the box spring — that's digested blood, and it's the clearest sign.

Shed skins and pale eggs in the seams and the headboard joints.

A sweet, musty smell in a room that's badly infested.

Don't throw the mattress out yet, and don't start spraying store-bought products — both can scatter an infestation into more rooms and make treatment harder. Call first.

Frequently asked

Straight answers about bed bugs

How fast can you come out?

Bed bugs jump the queue for us. Ring (601) 610-0601 and tell us what you've found. We're honest about this: we're a small local outfit, not a 24-hour call centre — if we're asleep or sat in church we won't hear the phone. Leave a message and you'll get a call back faster than you'd get one from anybody else.

Does it mean my house is dirty?

No. Bed bugs travel on luggage, clothing and second-hand furniture, and they turn up in spotless homes and hotels alike. It's bad luck, not bad housekeeping — nobody here is going to make you feel otherwise.

Should I throw out the mattress?

Not yet, and not before we've looked. Dragging an infested mattress through the house can spread the problem, and a replacement can be re-infested within days if the room hasn't been treated.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

We'll tell you on the call — it depends on how far it has spread. Mostly it's laundry and access. What matters more is what NOT to do: don't set off a store-bought fogger, and don't start sleeping in a different room, which usually just moves them with you.
